SPIRIT WORKS GARAGE LLC — OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, ALL US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The “SWG #004” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (the “USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA federal and New Jersey state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have legal residency in the contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

1. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Spirit Works Garage LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 96 Linwood Plaza, Personal Mail Box 333, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. The Sponsor’s official e-commerce store is located at https://spiritworksgarage.com (the “Website”). The Sponsor’s official social media presences include, but are not limited to, @spiritworksgarage on Instagram (collectively, “Social Media Pages”).

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., YouTube, Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any other social media platform used for promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry, whichever is older (the “Entrants”, and each an "Entrant"). A “Winner” is an Entrant who has been selected in a random drawing and has fulfilled all requirements, including identity verification and prize claim conditions, set forth in these Official Rules. Entries must be submitted under the Entrant's legal first and last name as it appears on their valid Government Issued ID. Use of a nickname, pseudonym, or initials may result in disqualification, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor, its respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all US Territories and Possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, all obligations, requirements, and potential grounds for disqualification applicable to Entrants under these Official Rules shall apply equally to any Winner).

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, or amend these Official Rules at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Website. Participation in the Sweepstakes after any such changes constitutes Entrant’s acceptance of the modified Official Rules. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. UTC-09 on 06/11/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC-09 on 10/11/2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Two (2) methods of entry are as follows:

Via Online Purchase - During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Website, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every one ($1.00) whole United States dollar spent on eligible products and services. The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of your eligible purchase, excluding shipping/handling charges, and less any discounts or credits applied. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, "Digital Products" consist of downloadable content that is delivered immediately upon purchase and is deemed "used" at the time of delivery; as such, all Digital Product sales are final and ineligible for return or refund. A purchase is not considered "complete" until the Sponsor’s payment processor has fully authorized and cleared the transaction. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays in payment processing that result in an entry being recorded after the Sweepstakes Period has ended. All online entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period.

a. Multipliers and Bonus Entries: Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may announce opportunities to earn increased entries via the following methods:

• Multiplier Promotions: At Sponsor's discretion, 'Multiplier' events (e.g., 5X, 10X entries) may be offered during specific times. Multiplier rates may vary by product and will be specified on individual product pages or at the point of sale. The advertised promotional multiplier represents the maximum possible entry rate for select items.
  
  
• Flat Bonus Entries: Certain products or services (such as specific "Digital Product" items) may be designated to receive a flat, fixed number of bonus entries (e.g., "Purchase the Diamond Pack Digital Product and receive 50 Bonus Entries").
  
  
• Calculation Logic: Unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor, site-wide multipliers apply only to the base entries earned. For online purchases, base entries are determined by the dollar amount spent. For Mail-In Entries, the base entry value is twenty-five (25). Multipliers do not apply to "Flat Bonus Entries" awarded to specific products. Unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Sponsor, multipliers are not cumulative; if multiple multiplier opportunities coincide, the Entrant will receive the highest single applicable multiplier.
  
  
  
• Example 1 (Purchase): If a $100 product carries 50 flat bonus entries and is purchased during a 5X site-wide multiplier period, the Entrant would receive 550 total entries (100 base entries x 5X multiplier = 500, plus 50 flat bonus entries = 550 total entries earned).
  
  
• Example 2 (Mail-In): If a Mail-In Entry is postmarked during an active 5X site-wide multiplier period and the Entrant has complied with the multiplier marking requirements on the envelope, the Entrant would receive 125 total entries (25 base entries x 5X multiplier = 125 total entries).
  
  
• NOTIFICATION: Timing for any Multiplier or Flat Bonus offer will be determined solely by the Sponsor and announced on the Website and/or its Social Media Pages.

Via Mail - During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: Spirit Works Garage Giveaway #004, 96 Linwood Plaza, Personal Mail Box 333, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 (the “Mail-In Entry”). All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received by the Sponsor within seven (7) days thereafter. Each mail-in entry received will be worth twenty-five (25) Sweepstakes entries. If a Mail-In Entry is postmarked during an active Bonus Entry Period, it will receive the highest announced multiplier (e.g., 1,000X, 5,000X, 10,000X). To claim the multiplier, the Entrant must clearly hand-print the highest active multiplier and the date of mailing (e.g., '1,000X – 06/11/26') on the bottom left-hand corner of the outside of the envelope. If the multiplier or date written on the envelope is missing, illegible, or inconsistent with an active Bonus Entry Period for the date of the postmark, the entry will be accepted but will only receive the base value of twenty-five (25) entries. In the event of a conflict between the date written on the envelope and the official USPS postmark, the postmark date shall control.

NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. No metered mail, automated mail-in services, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. The use of address labels or stickers of any kind on the envelope or entry card is strictly prohibited. Envelopes that are "Postage Due" will be rejected and the entries therein will be void. Entrants are not permitted to use any third-party service or organization to assist with the entry process, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes notification or entry services, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each envelope must be mailed individually; bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt of Mail-In Entries will not be acknowledged.

5. GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS: Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Internet entries must be made by the Entrant only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) infection by computer virus or bugs; (ii) tampering or unauthorized intervention; (iii) fraud; (iv) technical failures; or (v) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.

In the event of a cancellation or termination, Sponsor may award the Prize using all non-suspect, eligible entries received as of the date of such action, or in any manner that is fair, equitable, and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, Shopify platform errors, incorrect multiplier application, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, or operator errors, including, without limitation, errors in the number of entries allocated to a specific purchase or the total number of entries recorded in the Sponsor’s database.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor is not responsible for any "Force Majeure" event, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or widespread internet/utility failures, which may interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes.

6. REFUND, CHARGEBACK, AND ANTI-FRAUD POLICIES: All purchases made through the Website are final. The Sponsor will not accept any returns or offer any refunds on eligible products or services. In the event of a partial refund, price adjustment, or transaction reversal, the number of entries associated with that purchase will be reduced accordingly at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any Entrant or Winner who initiates a chargeback or otherwise disputes a valid purchase will be automatically disqualified, any Prize award will be voided, and all associated entries will be removed from the Sweepstakes.

If the Sponsor identifies or suspects (in its sole discretion) that an Entrant or Winner is engaged in any fraudulent activity—including, but not limited to, the misuse of chargebacks or unauthorized payment methods—the individual will be disqualified, all entries and Prize claims will be deemed void, and the individual will be banned from any further sweepstakes or promotions offered by the Sponsor.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about ten (10) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from among all eligible Entrants. This timeframe ensures all eligible Mail-In Entries postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period are received and processed. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential Winner will be notified by the Sponsor via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. The potential Winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first attempt. If the potential Winner does not respond within this timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify that individual and select an alternate potential Winner via a second random drawing. Sponsor will attempt to award the Prize to a maximum of three (3) alternate Winners. If, after three alternate drawings, no Winner is successfully identified and verified, the Prize may go unawarded at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Upon being successfully notified and verified, the potential Winner must elect to receive either the Grand Prize (the Vehicle) or the Cash Alternative (as defined in Section 8) within forty-eight (48) hours. Once an election is made, it is final and cannot be changed.

To be officially declared the Winner, the potential Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and provide a copy of their valid Government Issued ID within five (5) days of notification. Failure to provide required documentation or a name on the provided ID that does not match the name on the entry may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate Winner. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. GRAND PRIZE DETAILS: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available (the "Prize" or "Grand Prize"), consisting of a 2001 Honda S2000 (the "Vehicle") with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $40,000. The value represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ARV; this determination is final and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV at the time of fulfillment, the difference will not be awarded.

The Prize vehicle is awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. The Sponsor is not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, relative to the vehicle, including but not limited to its mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. The vehicle may feature aftermarket modifications and may not meet safety or emissions testing requirements in certain jurisdictions. It is the Winner's sole responsibility to verify and comply with all state, county, and local regulations—including emissions and safety inspections—prior to accepting the Prize. Winner acknowledges that certain aftermarket modifications may void manufacturer warranties or render the vehicle non-compliant with local emissions (smog) or safety equipment standards. Sponsor is not responsible for the costs associated with returning the vehicle to a "stock" or "street-legal" condition.

At the Winner’s option, the Sponsor will provide one (1) one-way coach-class airfare for the Winner from a major airport near the Winner’s residence to an airport near the Sponsor’s location, and one (1) night of hotel accommodations (standard room, single occupancy). All travel arrangements, including choice of airline, flight times, and hotel selection, will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel must be completed within thirty (30) days of Winner verification, and the flight must originate from a major commercial airport within the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. The Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and incidental hotel charges. If the Winner elects not to use the travel benefit, no cash equivalent or alternative prize will be awarded, and the Winner will be solely responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with the collection and transportation of the Prize vehicle.

The Winner (or their authorized representative) is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with the pickup and transportation of the Prize vehicle. While a valid driver’s license is not required to take ownership of the Prize, the individual driving the vehicle away from the pickup location must possess a valid driver’s license and evidence of legally required insurance. If the vehicle is collected by a professional transport service, the Winner must provide the Sponsor with written authorization and proof of the carrier’s insurance prior to release. The Winner is solely responsible for all title, license, tags, and registration fees, and any other costs associated with the transfer of the vehicle into the Winner’s name. The Winner must take possession of the vehicle (or arrange for its removal) within thirty (30) days of notification of availability; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. In the event of prize forfeiture, no cash compensation or alternative prize will be provided to the disqualified individual.

Substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is not permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any Prize component with another of equal or greater value. The Winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. The Winner acknowledges that the value of the Prize is taxable as income and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the Prize. The potential Winner will be required to provide a Social Security Number and/or completed IRS Form W-9 to the Sponsor for tax reporting purposes before the Prize is awarded.

By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the Winner’s permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, or compensation.

Cash Alternative: In lieu of the Prize vehicle, the potential Winner may elect to receive a one-time cash payment of $15,000 (the “Cash Alternative”). If the Winner elects the Cash Alternative, the total ARV of the Prize shall be $15,000. Selection of the Cash Alternative nullifies all other Prize components, including airfare and hotel accommodations. The Cash Alternative will be awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer only after the Sponsor has received and verified the Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility and IRS Form W-9. The Winner is solely responsible for all income taxes associated with the Cash Alternative.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and the Winner agree to release and hold harmless Spirit Works Garage LLC, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., YouTube, Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., its Social Media Pages, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties” as further defined in Section 2) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. This release includes, but is not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (iv) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By participating, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction within Bergen County, New Jersey (or the nearest applicable vicinage). Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages.

11. SEVERABILITY & MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein. These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only and do not constitute a part of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to clarify, update, revise, or modify these Official Rules at any time without notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Website. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to review the Official Rules regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes. In the event of any conflict between the terms of these Official Rules and any advertising or promotional materials (including but not limited to Social Media Pages, Website banners, or email communications), the terms of these Official Rules (as modified) shall govern and control.

12. PRIVACY & MARKETING: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to the Sponsor’s use of their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to email and SMS communications, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at the Website. Entrants may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in such communications; opting out of marketing will not affect an Entrant's chances of winning.

13. WINNER’S LIST REQUEST: To request the name (first name, last initial, city, and state) of the Winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope to: Spirit Works Garage #004 Winners List, 96 Linwood Plaza, Personal Mail Box 333, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. Requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
