Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that high volume periods (such as new product drops or holidays) may result in minor delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@spiritworksgarage.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages and Lost Packages Spirit Works Garage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, if the item itself was defective upon arrival (manufacturing defect), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding defective items.
