Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our business model—where every purchase automatically earns entries into our active Sweepstakes—Spirit Works Garage LLC does not offer returns or refunds on any products or services purchased through the Website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy and the Official Rules of the active Sweepstakes.
1. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES AND REFUNDS
Because every dollar spent contributes to the total number of entries an Entrant receives, allowing returns would unfairly alter the entry pool and the mathematical odds of winning for all participants. As such, once a transaction is completed and entries are assigned, the sale is considered "consumed" and final.
In the event that a refund, price adjustment, or transaction reversal is granted (strictly at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion), the number of entries associated with that purchase will be voided and removed from the entry pool. If a refund is issued after a Prize has been awarded, and that purchase was the basis for the winning entry, the Winner will be disqualified and the Prize forfeited.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of "Digital Products" (including but not limited to digital wallpapers, media packs, or downloadable content) are final and non-refundable. These products are delivered immediately upon purchase and are deemed "used" and "consumed" at the time of delivery.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We take pride in our gear. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if we made an error and sent the wrong item, you must notify us at orders@spiritworksgarage.com within seven (7) days of delivery.
Authorization Required: If your request is accepted due to a verified defect or error on our part, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package for a replacement. Items sent back to our merchandise vendor or us without first requesting and receiving written authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Requirements: You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Resolution: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement of the same item (or the correct item) at no additional cost to you. If the item is no longer in stock, we may offer a replacement item of equal value.
Note: Replacements for defective items are issued on a 1-for-1 basis and do not award additional sweepstakes entries.
4. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Any customer who initiates a chargeback or otherwise disputes a valid purchase with their financial institution will be automatically and permanently disqualified from the Sweepstakes and all future promotions. All associated entries will be voided immediately. Spirit Works Garage LLC reserves the right to provide this Refund Policy, the Official Rules, and proof of purchase/delivery to financial institutions to contest any fraudulent or bad-faith disputes.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed immediately to ensure entries are recorded in a timely manner. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure your shipping address and item selections are correct before completing checkout.
